Talented Training is a Registered Training Organisation delivering practical, hands-on vocational training directly and through a network of authorised partners.
Who We Are
Practical training, backed by proper compliance.
Talented Training delivers high risk work licensing, workplace health and safety, first aid and vocational qualification training. We built this RTO around the training that Australian workplaces actually need: practical, hands-on, and delivered by people who know the industries they’re training in.
Behind that delivery sits a compliance framework we take seriously. ASQA registration, the Standards for Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) 2025, and a quality assurance process that applies whether training is delivered by us directly or by an authorised partner.
Our Model

Talented Training holds the RTO registration and issues all certification. Our delivery partners (training organisations, industry operators, and independent providers) handle the on-the-ground delivery under our scope.

Our operations, partner arrangements, and assessment practices are all built around this national standard, in full regulatory effect since 1 July 2025.

Talented Training is registered with ASQA, the national regulator for Australia’s vocational education and training sector.

ASQA
The Australian Skills Quality Authority is the national regulator for RTOs, responsible for registration, audit, and compliance monitoring.
AQF
The Australian Qualifications Framework sets the national policy for qualifications, ensuring outcomes are recognised consistently across the country.
Standards for RTOs 2025
Sets outcome standards for training quality and student support, compliance requirements for how RTOs operate, and the credential policy governing who can deliver and assess training.
