For Training Providers

Deliver nationally recognised training under a compliant RTO framework.

If you train people for a living but don’t hold your own RTO licence, Talented Training gives you a compliant path to issue AQF-certified, nationally recognised outcomes.

Who This Is For

Built for people already doing the training

Training Organisations

Established training providers without their own RTO scope, looking to issue nationally recognised certification.

Industry Operators

Businesses already running practical, hands-on training who want it to count as a formal, certified outcome.

In-House Training Teams

Businesses with internal training capability wanting to offer their people (or clients) accredited outcomes.

Individual Trainers & Assessors

Qualified individuals looking to deliver under a licenced RTO rather than pursue their own registration.

How It Works

From enquiry to certification

01

Enquire

Tell us about your organisation, the training you deliver, and where you operate. We’ll assess fit against our scope and compliance requirements.

02

Formal Written Agreement

We put a formal third-party agreement in place, meeting Clause 2.3 of the Standards for RTOs 2025, setting out roles, responsibilities, and compliance obligations. We notify ASQA of the arrangement within the required 30-day window.

03

Deliver Training

You deliver the training using your trainers, venues, and equipment, operating within our scope and under our quality assurance oversight.

04

Talented Training Issues Certification

Learners receive nationally recognised, AQF-certified outcomes issued under our RTO licence.

What You Get

Access to a licence, not just a logo

Access to Scope

Deliver against a proven scope of registration spanning high risk work, cranes and hoists, first aid, and vocational qualifications.

Certification Authority

We issue the nationally recognised certification your learners actually need … you focus on delivery.

Compliance Support

Guidance on assessment validation, record keeping, and staying aligned with the Standards for RTOs 2025.

AQF-Recognised Outcomes

Every outcome issued under our licence is a legitimate, nationally recognised qualification or statement of attainment.

Established Framework

No need to build your own RTO from scratch … operate under a framework that’s already registered and audited.

National Coverage

A delivery footprint already established across the entire country.

Requirements

What we expect from a partner

Partnering under our licence means operating to the same standard we hold ourselves to. That means:

Qualified, current trainers and assessors, meeting TAE and industry currency requirements.

Delivery and assessment practices that comply with the relevant training package and the Standards for RTOs 2025.

Accurate, accessible record keeping for every learner and every assessment.

A willingness to work within our quality assurance and monitoring processes.

Any marketing or advertising you produce that references this training must include Talented Training’s RTO code (45144) or a link to our National Register listing, and must not guarantee employment outcomes.
