Standards

Talented Training operates under the Standards for Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) 2025, in full regulatory effect since 1 July 2025 and applicable to every RTO regardless of size or scope. The framework is structured in three parts: Outcome Standards (training and assessment quality, student support, governance), Compliance Requirements (the operational obligations RTOs must meet), and the Credential Policy (who is qualified to deliver and assess training).

Scope of Registration

Our full, current scope of registration … every qualification and unit of competency we are approved to deliver … is published on the National Register at training.gov.au. This is the authoritative source; it is updated as our scope changes.

Complaints & Appeals

Learners and clients have access to a formal complaints and appeals process, covering Talented Training, our third-party partners, and anyone we engage or contract. This information is provided before enrolment, not after. Complaints are handled with procedural fairness and within reasonable, communicated timeframes, and unresolved matters can be escalated further, including to ASQA. To obtain a copy of our Complaints and Appeals Policy, contact us at hello@talentedtraining.com.au.

Learner Rights

Learners are entitled to clear pre-enrolment information (including the training product, who is delivering it, and Talented Training’s obligations as the certifying RTO), fair and equitable assessment, information on any applicable consumer cooling-off rights, and access to our appeals process if they wish to dispute an assessment outcome. These rights apply whether training is delivered directly by Talented Training or by one of our authorised partners.

Third-Party Arrangements

All third-party delivery arrangements are governed by formal written agreements meeting Clause 2.3 of the Standards for RTOs 2025, notified to ASQA within the required timeframe. Talented Training retains compliance oversight and quality assurance responsibility across every partner arrangement, and remains the issuer of all certification. A third-party arrangement never transfers away our responsibility for compliance.

Marketing & Advertising Compliance

Our RTO code (45144) appears on every page of this site, in line with Clause 4.1 of the Standards for RTOs 2025. We don’t guarantee employment outcomes, and all marketing and advertising … ours and our partners’ … is reviewed regularly to keep it accurate, current, and within scope.
